I got the opportunity to detail this 2002 Corvette - Millenium Yellow Coupe, 6 speed, A&A Supercharger kit, BBS wheels. The owner asked that I help him with a deep clean and a base of Zaino that he could then maintain.
I cleaned the wheels and tires with MiraClean all-purpose cleaner and a variety of brushes and mitts. I then moved to a two-bucket wash with Zaino Z7 and sheepskin mitt. Next I removed all contamination with Zaino Z18 claybar and DP 4-in-1 for lubrication. After everything was washed and decontaminated, I further cleaned and polished the paint with Zaino AIO and a polishing pad with the PC 7424. The car was then sealed with two coats of Zaino Z5 Pro and a final wipedown of Zaino Z8. The tires got Zaino Z16 dressing and the exhaust tips were freshened up with #0000 steel wool and Zaino ZPC followed by Mother's metal polish and a microfiber. I wasn't paying attention the the shadow on the whole-car pictures, so they didn't turn out too well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() BBS Goodness ![]() Thanks for looking, and as always, comments/questions are welcome. _________________ ZaneO '09 Sierra Z71 - Black | SLT Package '05 Tahoe Z71 - Black | Navigation | Sunroof '93 Camaro Z28 - Red | SS Appearance | Bolt-ons |
